In this assignment I decided to do a conversation between 2 people. I first removed the background noise from whole conversation as shown in training. I edited out coughs, I added in silence.  Then  I changed the voice of each person to create two different voices by changing the pitch, I also changed the speed of each part as well. I added a song at the beginning and faded it in and added a song at end and faded it out. The problem I had was couldn't get the voice to sound like a chipmunk, I tried all scenarios. Blog Post 7 I found the audacity training much easier to understand than Gimp. It didn't go into so much detail that you felt lost and confused at the same time. It seemed to me to be to the point and easy to follow. I have not used a program like this before to change or enhance audio files. I found it pretty cool fooling around with it and seeing what the effects did to my voice.In this assignment we are only using a few of the edits that the program has to offer, definetly see this as something cool students could play around with. For this assignment I wasn't sure what i was going to do, I decided to just use a conversation between two people. I will be changing the voice of the two people with the pitch effect, get rid of any background noise and any long space silence parts. Also add some music at start and at finish of the dialogue.
